It stems from the idea and determination of a strong woman, Katia, who wanted to materialize a dream fueled by commitment and sacrifice. Katia aimed to recreate the magic of hotel breakfasts, the kind that makes you say WOW, but also wanted it to be a way to feel like tourists in their own city.

It stems from the idea and determination of a strong woman, Katia, who wanted to materialize a dream fueled by commitment and sacrifice. Katia aimed to recreate the magic of hotel breakfasts, the kind that makes you say WOW, but also wanted it to be a way to feel like tourists in their own city.
The venue, with its vintage and refined decoration, was conceived as a HOME. The home has always been the grand stage of our lives, the place that allows us to express our most intimate and true selves: it’s not just a place to eat but where you spend time with family and friends, where you relax, comprised of objects but primarily of people and the emotions that, if cared for in the right way, this place will convey as we experience it.
That’s why COROMANDEL’s home has expanded with new spaces where you can purchase unique, refined, and tasty products in the perfect Coromandel style. It’s also a place where you can enjoy an aperitif or dinner according to your desires.
Being able to offer the spaces of one’s home generously allows for a direct connection with guests, and that’s what we have always done.

She prefers rare items from the past or from some distant culture: books, tarot cards, keys, circus paintings, sculptures, armchairs, cups, plates, glasses, and tableware—everything has been chosen and arranged with taste and a unique style. The apparent casualness of the decor is actually studied and recreates a captivating atmosphere. It’s a style that doesn’t rely on strict rules but follows the personality of the home’s inhabitant, based on emotions, sensations, and personal taste.

Si può viaggiare anche a tavola. Abbiamo deciso di organizzare i viaggi di Coromandel: romana, valdostana, nord europea, iraniana, greca, con noi potrai provare tanti piatti stranieri originali senza dover prendere un aereo!
Abbiamo iniziato il 10 novembre con una cena dedicata alla Città Eterna, Roma, per poi andare a: lasciati stupire e travolgere dai sapori del mondo!
L’ospitalità è nel nostro DNA per questo possiamo organizzarvi feste ed eventi presso di noi.
