Coromandel opened in 2012, in the center of Rome, just steps away from Piazza Navona. It was born from the idea and tenacity of a strong woman, Katia, who wanted to realize a dream of commitment and sacrifice. Katia wanted to recreate the magic of hotel breakfasts, the kind that makes you say WOW, but she also wanted it to be a way to feel like tourists in their own city.

The venue, with its vintage and refined decoration, was conceived as a HOME. The home has always been the great stage of our lives, the place that allows us to express our most intimate and true selves: it’s not just a place to eat but the place where you are with family and friends, where you relax, made up of objects but above all of people and sensations that this place, if cared for in the right way, will know how to convey as we experience it.

For this reason, CASA COROMANDEL has expanded with new spaces where you can purchase unique, refined, and tasty products in perfect Coromandel style, but also where you can have an aperitif or dinner according to your desires.

Knowing how to offer the spaces of one’s home generously allows for creating a direct connection with guests, and that is what we have always done.
